So in this entry I'm going to tell you about my experience learning English at university. It was pretty cool I might say. Study English, and other languages in general, is an activity that's very fun and interesting to me. I suppose the different accents sound cool to me, and I want to learn those all. So, learning English at the uni was a great experience, but there are some things that would be better. For example: I would like to have more opportunities to speak with other classmates, make some video doing an interview to a native speaker or something like that, because I think one of the things that really helps us to improve is to have conversation with level up speakers. About the blog I might say that is the thing that liked me the most about this course. Write to actually be read by another classmates is a fun thing. On my career we study a lot of social sciences areas, for example we have some courses of economy (I and II), legal regulations, sociological theory (I y II), anthropology, psychology, philosophy, ethics, statistics and history. Also, we must study different social topics like: public policy, social intervention, planification, social movements, sustainability and social impact, epistemology, etc. As you can note my career is a very interesting and diverse field, that is one of the things I like the most about it, because all these subjects are fun to me. This career last 4 year, after that you get your academic grade. But the program includes a 5° year in which you must do a diplomat or a magister. Welcome back to my blog! So this time I'm going to tell you about my summer vacations plans. To be honest I almost don't have time to think about vacations. My semestrer don't seen to end. But after that I would like to take another courses related to economy, law or public policies. It is so because I want to learn more thing and in order to be a better professional, and take post graduate courses could give me the possibility to help my country to be better; a country with a higher quality in his services. Whatever be my future job the most important thing to me is to help people, make a change in their live conditions and to empower them. But I'm not very interested on the particular cases actually I'm addressing to big scale. That's why if it would depend on me, I would like to work on politics. I have a big sense on public service and I want to make an impact in the public policy of my country. However, this isn't the only way to make that. Because of that I'm also interested to work in a NGO or an international organization. On the other hand, I'm very attracted to the academic work, which includes make investigations, write articles, and even be part of an investigation nucleus. It would be great to me as well. Moreover, this kind of jobs are mainly indoors. But this isn't always, because I think I will require to travel from time to time. So this time I want to tell you about my career. I'm studying social work and I'm on my trird year now, but at the beginning it wasn't my first option. Before I start uni I wanted to study sociology, I was so exited with the idea of understand society and be able to make social analisys, also I was atracted to political science, history and law, even geografy, however, sociology was my first option. In order to enter to my actual university I began to study very hard. I applied the PSU test 2 times, but because of my school average I couldn't enter that career, so I thought in study social work one semester and then ask for a internal change.
